Another Way

Behind the ethos of this show is a penchant to defy the conventional wisdom about bringing our music to the audience. Above all I believe music needs two things to succeed:

-It has to be killing

-It has to be marketed smartly, and in this day and age that means “subtlely”

You’ll hear me say in interviews that I believe the era of monetizing by charging cover charges for gigs is over. The good news is Audiences are enthusiastic to good original music with tinges of jazz DNA when they’re presented with it. The show intends to both talk about and demonstrate a different way of doing business in music.
